About Us

The Land Bank Authority was established via an intergovernmental agreement between the City of Dublin and LaurensCounty. Operating in accordance with Georgia state laws, this entity focuses on acquiring vacant, abandoned, blighted, and tax-delinquent properties with the aim of returning them to productive use.

Working collaboratively with local government, neighborhood communities, non-profit organizations, and private developers, the Authority plays a pivotal role in revitalizing neighborhoods. It aims to increase property values, stabilize the real estate market, and facilitate strategic property acquisition, management, disposition, land use planning, and redevelopment of underused properties.
